It is ironic that Sayyed Mohammad Baqir Alsadr was martyred by the criminal Saddam on April 9, 1980, which is the same day when Saddam’s regime was removed from power by the coalition forces twenty-three years later on April 9, 2003. Also, the Baath party came to impose its bloody control of Iraq on July 30, 1968, which is the day when the spokesman of the Islamic Dawah Party (founded by Shaheed Sayyed Baqir Alsadr), Dr. Ibrahim Ja'afari, was appointed as the first president of Iraq after the defeat of Saddam’s forces with shame and humiliation on July 30, 2003.
